These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by 3DLEGENDS® (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to 3D visualizations, animations, digital experiences, AI-assisted creation, design services, web-based content, consultations, and any associated deliverables (“Services”).
By commissioning work, accessing our website, or engaging with our company in any form, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Services – All creative, technical, consulting, or digital work delivered by 3DLEGENDS®.
Deliverables – Final files and outputs such as renders, animations, assets, and digital materials.
Drafts – Non-final previews or work-in-progress files.
Content – Any text, visuals, data, or assets supplied by the client.
Agreement – Any written or verbal acceptance of a proposal, quotation, or project scope.
3DLEGENDS® provides creative and technical services, including but not limited to:
– 3D visualizations & renderings
– Animations & motion graphics
– Visual effects
– Virtual / augmented / mixed reality content
– Interactive 2D and 3D experiences
– AI-assisted content development
– Product, architectural, and environmental design
– Digital branding & design
– Event stage visuals
– Web and social media content
– Technical visualization and simulations
We reserve the right to expand, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
This includes:
– 3D models
– Animation rigs
– Project files
– Layered design files
– Scripts, code, AI models, prompts, or custom workflows
– Previews and drafts
These are not transferred to the client.
Upon full payment, the client receives:
– A non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license
– For the final deliverables only
– For the agreed-upon usage (commercial or internal)
Additional usage rights require new agreements.
The client grants 3DLEGENDS®:
Unlimited, perpetual, global rights to:
– Display
– Modify
– Adapt
– Publish
– Share
– Promote
– Showcase
Any work produced within the project, including previews, final files, look-dev, behind-the-scenes, and making-of content.
These rights include:
– Website, portfolio, social media
– Film reels and showreels
– Presentations, awards, competitions
– Print and digital marketing
– Offline and online exhibitions
Even if the project is confidential, delivered under NDA, or canceled before completion we retain the right to use our work unless explicitly restricted by a signed mutual confidentiality agreement.
This clause is non-negotiable unless paid for separately.
Clients must:
– Provide all necessary materials on time
– Ensure the accuracy of all supplied information
– Secure usage rights for any assets provided to us
– Respond promptly to communication
– Review drafts and give clear feedback
3DLEGENDS® is not responsible for errors resulting from missing or unclear instructions.
3DLEGENDS® may use AI tools, automation, and machine learning models during:
– Concept development
– Style exploration
– Rendering optimization
– Asset creation
– Ideation or previsualization
– Upscaling or enhancement
– Motion assistance
Clients agree to the integration of AI workflows unless explicitly declined in writing.
AI-generated elements remain exclusively owned by 3DLEGENDS®.
Unless specified in the quotation:
– Two (2) feedback rounds are included
– Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly/project rate
– Changes in scope are considered new work
We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines.
However:
3DLEGENDS® is not liable for delays caused by:
– Force majeure
– Software/hardware failure
– Third-party platforms
– Client delays
– Scope changes
– External dependencies
Late delivery due to client delays does not impact payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed:
– 50% deposit before project start
– Remaining 50% before final delivery
– Deliverables are released only upon full payment
Late payments:
– 5% monthly late fee
– Suspension of ongoing and future work
– Legal collection procedures if necessary
All prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Payments are non-refundable due to the nature of creative work.
If a project is canceled by the client:
– Deposit is retained
– Work completed beyond deposit will be billed
If canceled by 3DLEGENDS®:
– Only unused funds may be refunded
– All partial deliverables remain our property
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
However:
3DLEGENDS® may still use non-sensitive or non-identifiable portions of the project in its portfolio unless covered by a strict NDA.
3DLEGENDS® provides services “as is” without warranty.
We do not guarantee:
– Exact matches to subjective expectations
– Compatibility across all software or systems
– Specific marketing or financial results
– Future support unless contractually agreed
3DLEGENDS® is not liable for:
– Lost revenue
– Indirect damages
– Data loss
– Business interruption
– Damages caused by client misuse
– Third-party claims
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
The client agrees to indemnify 3DLEGENDS® against all claims arising from:
– Improper use of deliverables
– Copyright infringement due to client-supplied content
– Misrepresentation of final work
– Legal disputes involving assets provided by the client
These Terms are governed by:
Dutch law (Netherlands) & EU regulations (GDPR / consumer law)
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dutch courts.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
