These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, communications, deliverables, transactions, and collaborations between 3DLEGENDS®, the “Studio”, and any “Client”. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, signing an agreement, or using our website, the Client fully agrees to these Terms.
– Studio / We / Us – 3DLEGENDS®
– Client / You – Any individual or company that requests or receives services
– Deliverables – All files, images, animations, assets, concepts, content, or materials provided
– Services – All creative, consulting, and production activities offered by 3DLEGENDS®
– Proposal – A written quotation or project outline
– Agreement – Any (digital or written) acceptance of a Proposal
– Intellectual Property (IP) – All creative and technical rights belonging to the Studio
3DLEGENDS® provides:
– 3D visualizations, animations, and VFX
– Interactive solutions (VR/AR/MR/2D/3D)
– Concept design, AI-assisted creation, and storytelling
– Event stage design and production support
– Branding, graphic design, and motion graphics
– Digital content for web, apps, and social media
The Studio reserves the right to modify or decline services at any time.
All quotes are:
– non-binding
– valid for 14 days
– subject to technical and creative evaluation
Unless otherwise agreed:
– 50% deposit upon approval
– 50% upon final delivery
– Payment due within 5 days of invoice
Late payments may incur:
– interest fees
– suspension of ongoing work
– withholding of final deliverables
Charged separately when required:
– rush fees
– extra revisions
– voice-overs, actors, sound design, or licensing
– third-party assets
– travel, accommodation, hardware usage, or data storage beyond standard limits
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (defined in the Proposal).
Additional revisions are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Any Client change that differs from the approved brief, including stylistic shifts or added features, will require:
– a new quote
– a change order
– or additional fees
Deliverables will be supplied in standard digital formats unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for:
– client-side compatibility issues
– third-party platform malfunctions
– loss due to improper storage or handling by the Client
Delivery timelines may change due to unforeseen technical or creative circumstances.
Delays caused by the Client (late feedback, missing files, etc.) extend deadlines automatically.
All Intellectual Property created by 3DLEGENDS® remains the property of the Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose only.
The license does not include:
– editable project files
– source files (3D scenes, textures, animations, models, code, AI prompts)
– unused concept art or explorations
These remain the exclusive property of 3DLEGENDS®.
The Client may not:
– resell
– redistribute
– modify
– rebrand
– reuse deliverables outside the agreed scope
without explicit written permission.
3DLEGENDS® retains the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to:
– display
– publish
– modify
– adapt
– showcase
– animate
– exhibit
– promote
– monetize (showreels, paid presentations, case studies)
all work created, including:
– final deliverables
– previews
– behind-the-scenes content
– screenshots
– unused concepts
– AI explorations
– early drafts
across all media forms (online/offline), without additional permission.
This includes ongoing and future marketing efforts such as:
– website portfolio pages
– The Forge / Artifacts / The Vault
– social platforms
– advertisements
– exhibitions and trade shows
– interviews, talks, and publications
Exception: Only when a mutual NDA is signed beforehand will restrictions apply.
We keep all client information confidential unless:
– the Client approves sharing
– it becomes public through no fault of the Studio
– we are legally required to disclose it
The Client must:
– provide clear and complete instructions
– supply accurate assets (logos, references, branding, etc.)
– deliver timely feedback
– ensure they have rights to all provided materials
3DLEGENDS® is not liable for copyright violations caused by Client-supplied assets.
Approval of any phase (concept, design, animation draft, etc.) is considered binding.
Subsequent changes may incur additional costs.
We guarantee:
– professional work
– industry-level standards
– functioning deliverables
We do not guarantee:
– marketing or sales results
– third-party system compatibility
– future platform support (e.g., browser updates, OS changes)
3DLEGENDS® is not liable for:
– indirect damages
– lost profits
– loss of data
– business interruption
– delays caused by third parties
– misuse of deliverables
Total liability never exceeds the project fee paid.
If the Client cancels:
– Deposit is non-refundable
– All completed work must be paid
– Additional administrative fees may apply
We may cancel at any time due to:
– inappropriate conduct
– unresolved unpaid invoices
– unrealistic expectations
– breach of contract
Refunds are issued only for unstarted phases.
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control:
– illness
– power failure
– natural disasters
– server outages
– internet disruptions
– war, riots, or political instability
Deadlines shift automatically until such circumstances resolve.
Clients acknowledge that:
– AI may be used in ideation or production
– All output is refined and directed by human expertise
– AI training models remain the property of 3DLEGENDS®
The Client may not claim exclusivity over AI-generated components unless explicitly agreed.
These Terms are governed by:
– Dutch law (primary)
– EU regulations
– International contract law principles
Disputes will be handled in the Netherlands.
If one section becomes invalid, the rest of the Terms remain fully enforceable.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services signifies acceptance.
By:
– requesting a quote
– signing a proposal
– sending files
– approving a project
– communicating with the Studio
you automatically agree to these Terms.
